Rick Freitas owns the 15,000-sq-ft building on the city's south side near Montello Street. He got a call about 10 p.m. last night saying a portion of the roof had caved in. The building has been home to Freitas's family business since it was built in 1987. The company, Jenick, does woodworking and digital sign printing. Their biggest client is Market Basket, which they have been in business with for over 50 years, Freitas said. Freitas runs the company with his two sons and his cousin.
